A + B Power
All our colocation comes with A + B power feeds as standard giving you extra protection against power supply failure, which is the most common failure after hard drives in our 20+ year experience. Your A + B feeds come from two different power distribution units in our racks, which are fed from two different breakers and distribution boards in the data centre.
You can sleep safe in the knowledge that together we’re doing all we can to keep your servers up and running, your staff working and your customers happy.
iLO/iDrac/IPMI
We provide secure connectivity for your iLO/iDrac/IPMI server management system as standard, so you can get access to your server if the operating system crashes. We’ll even hook your server up to a virtual private network (VPN) to provide you with secure remote access.
You don’t have to worry any more about having your sensitive management ports available to the whole world or having to provide and pay for a separate firewall to protect it yourself.
Remote Hands
Need a button pressing? Need us to hook up a monitor? Not a problem. We include 15 minutes of remote hands time per month for simple jobs just like this. We all know that no matter what you put in place for remote management, at some point something will go wrong and it won’t work and we don’t want to penalise you for something like that.
If you need more complex work doing, such as problem diagnostics, or components replacing then we can do that as well at affordable rates. We can even store spares for you for a small fee.
Monitoring
We include basic uptime monitoring for your colocated equipment as standard by way of a ping check every 60 seconds. We can offer more comprehensive service checking, full page load time tests and/or detailed application metrics if you require something more in-depth.
Our basic monitoring allows you to receive alerts via email, Slack, MS Teams, HipChat, Discord, OpsGenie, PagerDuty, Pushover, Telegram and more, so if the worst does happen and your equipment goes down, you’ll know right away.
